When your in a position of leadership you will
have the opportunity to influence other people.

I encourage you to become a person who’s a great example of not giving up. Someone who’s the kind of leader that others will be proud to work with.

No one can make other people’s decisions for them, but a great leader can literally change peoples lives through encouragement, and by offering the support, love, and dedication that they need in order to keep moving forward when the going gets tough.

Success occurs when opportunity meets preparation, so you must first put something into life before you can expect to get anything out of it.

There’s often no way you can look into the game of life, or business, and be able to tell when you might get your big break.

Regardless of what you’re doing, if you will work long enough, hard enough, and enthusiastically enough, sooner or later your efforts will produce the success you desire.

Self doubt drowns your dreams…Hesitation holds you hostage…Skepticism scares away your success…And no one is going to make you successful other than yourself.

So quit making excuses, stand on your own two feet, believe you can do it, and never, never, ever give up!

What is stopping you from getting what you want in life?

Essentially it boils down to fear…

Fear is that big wall in the middle of road that keeps you from getting what you want. It’s easy to sit around and fantasize about what we want. The hard part is going after it.

Fear is like dust… You can sweep it away but it keeps coming back. Thankfully it’s only dust and all you need is a broom.

So…confront your fears, list them, get to know them and only then – will you be able to sweep them aside and move ahead.

Your wall will melt away, if instead of cowering before it, you make up your mind to walk boldly through.

One of the greatest surprises you’ll ever experience, is when you discover that you can do what you were afraid you couldn’t do.

The only thing you have to fear is fear itself!

I used to have a comfort zone
Where I knew I couldn’t fail
The same four walls of busy work
Were really more like jail

I longed so much to do the things,
I’d never done before.
But stayed inside my Comfort Zone
And paced the same old floor

I said it didn’t matter
That I wasn’t doing much
I said I didn’t care for things
Like diamonds, furs and such

I claimed to be so busy
With the things inside my zone
But deep inside I longed for
Something special of my own

I couldn’t let my life go by
Just watching others win
I held my breath and stepped outside
To let the change begin

I took a step and with new strength
I’d never felt before
I kissed my Comfort Zone “good-by”
And closed and locked the door

If you are in a Comfort Zone
Afraid to venture out
Remember that all winners were
At one time filled with doubt

A step or two and words of praise
Can make your dreams come true
Greet your future with a smile
Success is there for you!!!

technique that uses the imagination to

Used in the right way, creative visualization can improve our life and
attract success and prosperity.

It is a power that can alter our environment and circumstances, cause events to happen,
and attract money, possessions, work, people and love into our life.

Creative visualization uses the power of the mind!

All successful people use it consciously or unconsciously, attracting the success they want into their life, by visualizing their goals as already accomplished.

Visualize all the things that you want in life, put together a vision board, or put pictures up where you can see them daily.

Your imagination can show you how to turn your possibilities into reality. You must make every thought, that comes into your mind pay you a profit.

Make those mental images work and produce for you. Think of things not as they are but as you would want them to be.

Make your mental blue print, and begin to build.

Self Confidence is extremely important
in almost every aspect of our lives,
yet so many people struggle to find it.

Self-confident people have the kind of
qualities that everyone admires.

They inspire confidence in others: their audience, their peers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends. And gaining the confidence of others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success.

People who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful. The good news is that building self-confidence is achievable, just as long as you have the focus and determination to carry things through.

Build the knowledge you need to succeed! “Preparation is key to self confidence!” Looking at your goals, identify the skills you’ll need to achieve them, and then find a way to acquire these skills.

If you’re prepared – and you know – you know your stuff. You’ll be able to feel confident in whatever you do, and with practice you’ll come to a point where you’ll find yourself accomplishing your goals gracefully and confidently.

Success is all around you It’s not in luck or chance, or in the help of others, although good mentors help. Success is YOU being prepared, and being able to recognize the opportunity thats in your own back yard.

You don’t need more strength or more ability or greater opportunity. What you need is to use what you have. Learn to seize good fortune, for it is always around you.

You must go to success, it doesn’t come to you. Don’t give up! Don’t become cynical! Just because you might have failed the first time, doesn’t mean to cant find it. Get up and try again!
