• When We Change Our Attitude…

    No Gravatar

Positive thinking is a mental attitude
that sees the bright side of life.

Your thoughts and emotions, day in and day out,
have a big effect on all aspects of your life.

Many people have found that, when they tune in to their internal dialogue, much of it is negative. Thoughts like, “I could never do that” and “What if I fail?” can seriously impact the way you behave.

Your attitude is not determined by circumstances,
but by how you respond to those circumstances.

The challenges you face are not as important as your attitude towards them, it’s how you react to events, not the events themselves, that determines your attitude.

People that think positive, are not daunted by failures and obstacles. If things don’t turn out well or as expected, they will try again.

Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal, and nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.

Your attitude toward what life might throw at you,
will determine your success or failure.

    When we change our attitude,
not only do we see life differently,
    but life itself becomes different.

  • Fear Is Like Dust

What is stopping you from getting what you want in life?

    Your friends?

    Your family?

A sense that failure – or success – might change your life and that feeling is uncomfortable?

A sense that the people around you might disapprove of you aiming for what you want?

Essentially it boils down to fear…

Fear is that big wall in the middle of road that keeps you from getting what you want. It’s easy to sit around and fantasize about what we want. The hard part is going after it.

Fear is like dust… You can sweep it away but it keeps coming back. Thankfully it’s only dust and all you need is a broom.

So…confront your fears, list them, get to know them and only then – will you be able to sweep them aside and move ahead.

Your wall will melt away, if instead of cowering before it, you make up your mind to walk boldly through.

One of the greatest surprises you’ll ever experience, is when you discover that you can do what you were afraid you couldn’t do.

The only thing you have to fear is fear itself!

When you face the things that scare you, you will open the door to your freedom :-)

  • Creating Inner Peace

Most people today would be happy to have
a little “peace of mind” in their life.

They would love to be able to forget their troubles, problems and worries,
and enjoy a few moments of inner calmness and freedom from obsessing thoughts.

The question is, how do you bring more peace of mind into your life? And more importantly, how to experience it in times of trouble.

First, you need to learn to bring more moments of inner peace into your daily life,
and here are a few simple things that can help you:

    * Reduce the amount of time you read the newspapers or watch the news on TV.

    * Stay away from negative conversations and from negative people.

    * Don’t hold grudges. Learn to forget and forgive. Nurturing ill feelings and grievances hurts you and causes lack of sleep.

    * Don’t be jealous of others. Being jealous means that you have low self-esteem and consider yourself inferior to others. This again, causes lack of inner peace.

    * Accept what cannot be changed. This saves a lot of time, energy and worries.
Then take action! Go to work on the things that can be changed!

    * Every day we face numerous inconveniences, irritations and situations that are beyond our control. If we can change them, that’s fine, but this is not always possible. We must learn to put up with such things and accept them cheerfully.

    * Learn to be more patient and tolerant with people and events.

    * Don’t take everything too personally. Some emotional and mental detachment is desirable. Try to view your life and other people with a little detachment and less involvement. Detachment is not indifference, lack of interest or coldness. It is the ability to think and judge impartially and logically.

    * Let bygones be gone. Forget the past and concentrate on the present moment. There is no need to evoke unpleasant memories and immerse yourself in them.

    * Practice some concentration exercises. This will help you to reject unpleasant thoughts and worries that steal away your peace of mind.

    * Learn to practice meditation. Even a few minutes a day will make a change in your life.

Inner peace ultimately leads to external peace. By creating peace in our inner world, we bring it into the external world, affecting other people too.

    The World is your Mirror…

Whatever it is that you put out,
    will come back to you.

Whatever it is that you withhold,
the world will withhold from you.

This simple law of the universe can be applied,
not only to your business, but all the other
area’s of your life as well.

The more inspiration you share with others,
the more you will be inspired.

    The more connections you make,
the more you will get connected.

And… The more people you can help,
the more people will help you in return.

    So every morning and evening,
    let your mirror know…
exactly what it is you want out of life!

  • Build Your Self Confidence

    No Gravatar

    Self Confidence is extremely important
in almost every aspect of our lives,
yet so many people struggle to find it.

Self-confident people have the kind of
    qualities that everyone admires.

They inspire confidence in others: their audience, their peers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends. And gaining the confidence of others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success.

People who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful. The good news is that building self-confidence is achievable, just as long as you have the focus and determination to carry things through.

Build the knowledge you need to succeed! “Preparation is key to self confidence!” Looking at your goals, identify the skills you’ll need to achieve them, and then find a way to acquire these skills.

If you’re prepared – and you know – you know your stuff. You’ll be able to feel confident in whatever you do, and with practice you’ll come to a point where you’ll find yourself accomplishing your goals gracefully and confidently.

It’s then that you’ll accomplish things that you never dreamed you could do.

You will discover powers you never knew existed!!

Confidence doesn’t come out of nowhere.
It’s the result of constant work and dedication.

Believe in Yourself!… Be Prepared!…and Find Success!!

  • Personal Growth Is Inevitable

    You’ll experience personal growth
    on the road to success.

    All growth means change,
    and change involves risk.

    You grow because you struggle,
    learn and overcome your obstacles.

What happens to you is not as important
as how you react to what happens.

Everything you’ll experience “good or bad” has value.

Difficulties in life are the things that show you what you are.
Trouble is the common denominator of living.
It’s the great equalizer of life.

Every great leap forward in your life comes after you have made
a clear decision of some kind.

Only when you are no longer afraid will you begin to truly live.

  • You Are What You Think

    No Gravatar

It’s a psychological law that whatever
you desire to attain you must first
    impress upon your subconscious mind.

Your inner thoughts can cause you to be rich or poor, loved or unloved, happy or unhappy, attractive or unattractive, powerful or weak.

What you impress upon your mind, you’ll inevitably become. Relentless, repetitive self talk will change your self image.

You’ll influence your subconscious mind with verbal repetition. To give thought to something, is inviting that something into your life experience.

    Constant repetition carries conviction.
When you change your values you’ll change your behavior.

Start thinking of yourself as becoming the person you want to be. Self suggestion will make you the master of yourself.

You can become whoever you want to be. When you believe you can, you canthink It’s up to you how big or small you want things to be….

    So think BIG!

  • Your Habits Make You

    No Gravatar

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.” Aristotle

First you make your habits, and then your habits make you! You become a slave to your constantly repeated acts.

“Life doesn’t just happen.” Whether you know it or not, it is carefully designed by you. Your thoughts lead you to a purpose. Your purpose moves you to take action. Your actions form your habits.

The choices, after all, are yours. You choose happiness. You choose sadness. You choose decisiveness. You choose ambivalence. You choose success. You choose failure. You choose courage. You choose fear.

We are what we think, so we must make sure that we think well. We must think high, positive, great thoughts. We must banish doubt, fear, and discouragement.

Put your thoughts into action and build good habits. Let your habits work for you, and not against you.

Just remember that every moment, every situation, provides a new choice. And in doing so, it gives you a perfect opportunity to do things differently to produce more positive results.

Your habits are either the best of servants or the worst of masters. Motivation is what gets you started, but your habits are what keep you going!

  • Knowledge Is Power!

    No Gravatar

    Your investment in knowledge is
what will give you your best return in your business.

The most successful people in life are the ones with the best information or the most knowledge.

If you take the time to consciously learn new things, you’ll find that you live life more deeply. Instead of chasing quick entertainment that fails to satisfy, you’ll have the pure pleasure of those aha! moments when something finally clicks.

The more you learn, the more you’ll be able to make connections between pieces of knowledge – and the more creative you’ll become.

People with power are people who have the information, and understand how to use it to get things done. Knowing ways to do something is often, almost as good as having done it.

You’ve heard the stories of millionaires that lose everything, and within one year they have made their million back. Once you learn how to do something… you have the knowledge to be able to do it again!

You will build the power to achieve your goals, by educating yourself. This power comes from understanding when and how to do something.

Knowledge is definitely power, and your enthusiasm about what you have
learned, is what turns on the switch :-)
